Good design. As always, can't wait until Saturday night!
Looks hard, slick and one lined.....only kidding...
Looks good on the PC screen...we'll find out saturday...
Looks to be a bit more open with longer rythymn sections than what we have seen in the past this year. Maybe some battles in the future!!!
I think this track looks awesome...Love how the flow changes...But we will see come race time..
Bummer this is one of the five races that isn't live, but CBS showing it next day is better than having to wait a week. Rooting for a Honda rider on the podium . . .
yes a good track indeed, the bummer is we wont see it in its entirety. thanx to speed though for the good getting better coverage...
The long whoops, and the section right after those might be intersesting..
Start making the sand sections longer.
definitely looks better
"The long whoops, and the section right after those might be intersesting.. "
.Yes, get out of shape in the whoops and oh boy!!
Looks a bit longer than the tracks we've been dealing with so far. That sand section right before the finish line jump should make things real interesting! Guys with have to slow down going into that 180 turn then have to crank it up through the sand in order to make that double before the finish line jump. Wilson has never been good in sand, so my money is on him losing this one, go Hahn!
With the starts so critical, I wonder if sending the guys back up the start straight will affect the inside gate line? I think millsaps said something about that recently.
Sand section looks to be in a good spot.... if if someone is on the leader on the last lap it will probably come down to that section. Would be nice to see Canard win this weekend.
At sxfan1984... thought the same thing.
Agree, sand section should be longer with a big wall leading into it... Seemed like all triples.!
I think this track is exactly what Reedy needs. I hope to see him and TC41 on the box!
Looks great! Agree as well, make the 180 before the sand, all sand!!!
Track looks good! Not good that it is not live but at least we can live stream qualifying. Can't wait to see the boyz in Toronto!
All this talk about sand, I always thought it would be cool to see them drench a section with water. Do it after all qualifying right before the 250 main. And maybe a sand section to boot. It would make lap times better and more interesting to watch. The sections don't have to be to long.
This track looks to be exactly what we need for good racing-simplified a little. The long whoops and straight away will make a big difference I predict.
Bill C is right, those hoopties are gona be nasty!
hooray. A track that looks more technical and longer plus longer whoops. Now a mistake will knock a rider off a sec or two. Instead of just hopping into the race line to hold position. Tract looks like someone good with a bad start will be able to move up. Aka look for the cream to rise to the top this week. Start still vital but looks like there is time to be made. If someone is on this week there will be separation.
Ditto more sand is needed. I'd like to see an entire straight of big sand rollers. Maybe an off camber turn too instead of all the bowls.
Dont worry everybody, the sand is coming in a few weeks!!
And I like the track !!
Borrowing a term from the great Ricky Carmichael, the guys better preperate for this track, it looks tough.
