poor bikes. shift! haha
Love me some flat track... sweet vid!
They used to also have flat track at a motocross track in NH called Jolly Rogers. They would have flat track on Saturday night. I heard that one time New England MX'er Keith Johnson was there camping for a Sunday MX and borrowed a flat track bike from some one and raced, beating the guys that raced it all the time.
nice!! I raced flat track last year for the first time. just trying something diffrent for me and it has totally improved my cornering speed. ive been on that track. Vince you put on some good races
I have gotten on the small flat track at Durhamtown that is next to the dirt drag strip, which is just for fun. I found it very fun, even on MX tires. I noticed they took the front brakes off their bikes.
This reminds me of on any Sunday a little
san jose mile were some of the best races i have ever seen back in the day!!! #41 ricky graham was one of the greatest flat trackers there ever was ! bring back the san jose mile !!!
The rev limiter usually doesn't affect the motor I.e. valves because it is strictly electronic and it helps flat trackers set up for the corners. We gear for track length and traction. Travis Pastrana had tried to race at the Daytona national a while ago and only qualified 65th or something. Keith Johnson must not have rode a pro class at that race
We usually only run one gear, and rarely two
Wow....that track looks just like the site of the upcoming Utah MX National. Whatup Davey?
Awesome vid looks like a lot of fun! Way to mix it up and show diffrent types of racing
