according to Twitter Stewart was doing some ' crazy balls wheel tap ' into the rythm section after the start stretch ( while leading by like 4 secs ) and went down hard. landed back first into a jump face and didn't get up for a long time. he ended up walking away eventually but who knows what the damage is.
Classic Bubba Trooper......can't be satisfied with simply winning the heat he has to make a statement! Well I guess he did that.....

Agreed Ripdown. No one can deny that JS7 is crazy fast, but that is why he has not one more titles than he has. Cannot back it off and ride within his comfort level. Oh well, return of the human lawn dart!

He cruised around and won the LCQ. I was nervous not going to lie.
Didn't turn out any impressive lap times in the LCQ, maybe he did not need to. Would not bet on #7 in the main.
I'm NOT agreeing with "Ripped-one" , BUT, it is true that the guy can pull of some sick stuff but once you do that for a couple laps and get a 5+ second lead in the heat race you should back it down, cut out the "sick" stuff and get your ass in to the main with a good gate pick!!

Not warming up to you dude.....but Stewart does need to do that.......finishing second with the shit gate pick he had is not too bad though!

I knew that RV was gunna pull the win this weekend. Glad Stewart stayed up and pulled off a solid finish from the LCQ. Still not as close in points as I think he should be but there is still plenty of racing. RD5 really needs to step it up, two weeks off the box has to get to him.
Again, doesn't matter...........TV coverage.........Fail! Good ride RV, JS, CR, RD.
As for Reed, i expect him to be there every weekend no surprise that he puts in good rides week after week.
That's gonna tighten up the points even more!!!

Glad to see James could get up and make it into the main. What would we type about if he manages to hurt him self riding the ragged edge of out of control with a 5 second lead?
He seems to have that one wire still flopping around in his head that shorts out the logic circuit.
Does this mean Vilipoto and reed now share the red plate, or does Vilipoto own it outright?
I think RV has it with 108 points to CR 105? i could be wrong.
Gotta say I'm pumped for RV for winning but I have to give it up to Stew for making the most of what could have been a championship ending evening. Can't wait to watch this race.
Looking forward to this one too, and my bad but the points between the top four actually didn't tighten up.....JS went from 12 down to 13 down, he just closed the gap on second and third!! Gettin' good!
Stew definitely likes to keep things interesting doesn't he? Man, being a Stewart fan, you never know what you're getting each week. If you are a Reed fan, you know he'll be on the box somewhere.
I guess I will pray to the network TV gods and just hope all goes well and I get to see the race tomorrow!!!
I feel the same way StewFan. Makes me sort of miss his 125 days and 08 nationals when you knew that he was going to win, just a matter of hope big of a lead he had. It wouldn't be so bad if I can somehow like RV just a little bit.
Just finished watchin' the cbs coverage. Wasn't too bad until at the end or near the end we get to watch Davi Milsaps and Kevin Windham race around way too long IMO. Nothin' against these guys and I could watch them all day, but...after a bit it just begs the question-"What's up with the leaders?" And then Basketball is more important than the lites class in my area apparently. VERY disappionted. Anyone else?
I dont know what the big deal was with Stewart crashing in the heat race. It has happened to other riders a million times. Thats why they have an LCQ. So he came through the LCQ and made the main, so what?? RV did that last year or 2010 and won the main, I dont remember nayone saying how "Inspirational" it was then. Why not for RV? Stewart didnt hit that hard, he landed on a "tuff block" they are pretty soft, but he has to play it up and try to get all the press and accolades just for crashing. I am over it. He rode great in the main, got past Reed pretty easy, so he seems fine. RV got out front quickly, and when any of the top 4 guys do that, it is going to be real hard to catch them.. Great season so far. Who's turn is it to win the next one??
js7 has way to much stress. every body is all over him when he crashes you tjhink they would be happy he crashed now some pcs of crap spits on js7 dad from the stands. what is wrong with people im not crazy about rv but i would never spit on his grandpa
if stewart didnt do what the rest of these pros dont do than supercross would be a lame ass thing to watch, it least he has the balls to take to the next level and entertain the fans hense js 7 entertainment while making these other guys look like your average local pro, i dont pay money to watch some dork ride around and collect points hoping circumstances will bring a title, good job for toughing it out and getting second in the main, bradshaw didnt win a 250 supercross title but he is still one of the most popular riders around and that was the 90s james regardless will be the same, people love to hate the best, and the guy that pissed his pants prob shit hisself to, if you think your better and can beat your ass would be out there racing instead of watching, funny no haters last week on her.
get well Ryan Morais i hope there no body that would be stupid enough to enjoy seeing that crash as much as they see stewart crashing, most of the thing stewart trys to gain time the others follow they just dont want to take the risk, i dont know maybe there nutless and need to sac up and quit letting stewart show em how to go fast.
i also think EMINEM knows exactly how james stewart feels a black man killing it in a white mans sport and vise versa, we all know theres a bunch of trashy white beer drinking rednecks out there that enjoy seeing james crash.

How many black fans at the races cheer for RV or Reed or Dungey?? NONE, they cheer for Stewart because he is black, is that racist?? They cheer against RV Reed and Dungey because they are white. Does that make them racist?? It goes both ways hypocrite..
