OK is anyone going to argue with me this week when I say RV and JS are at another level right now?? Damn RD better get moving!! 2 weeks in a row he got beat by someone who fell!!! RV from 9th to win!!! JS passes RD twice!!!! RD leads then fights with TC for 3rd after RV comes from 9th and puts 8sec on RD!! RV you da man it a fighr betwwen you and JS now. Great Ride by Reed also. Nasty crash in the first turn and then get 7th!! Very good ride.

Sure, I'll argue with you BillC for the sake of arguing. I agree that RV and JS look very strong right now, but as far as your â

P.S. look up "horrid" in the dictionary and you will see RacerX's website. Come on folks! Comments get messed up, sight runs slow, video problems occasionally. BOOOOO Davey. BOOOOO!

RV and JS are at another level...RD is close. If RV and JS can stay in the series and avoid any of those DNF's or out of the top 10 finishes, it will be a close season, same goes for RD as he is known for crashing too as Dodger stadium was the first race RD didnt crash at some point during the day. JS and RV passed RD quite easily and to me RD seemed a little frazzled especially with a poor choice of passing on RV which almost took them both out of th race.....seemed a little desperate.....Also, Reed or any other of the "top 5" should be able to go from dead last to the top 10 pending injury or major damage to the bike....im not that impressed. Dead last to top 3, now were talking.

RV came from farther back than 9th. That is where he was after the first lap timer caught him. He knock off 5-6 in the first lap. Through traffic he reeled them in and won. The press must dislike RV or have man crushes on JS. n any article count the time their names show up. RV wins and jS gets more more ink??

Hey Guys, The RV and JS show is unbelievable. They both had injury's that could have ended careers. RD is probably still shaken up by The move of his mentor Roger Decoster. Suzuki repaid Roger with the ultimate insult of a one year contract. Roger has been at Suzuki for more championships than any other personality. He as a rider put Suzuki on the map. As a manager Roger had the only undefeated season with the GOAT RC. RD won 2 championships last year and was brought in from the amature ranks early. He repaid Roger for the chance Roger took on him. So I think RD is just biding time getting results but not winning. When JS passed him there wasn't the fight that he put up last year. It was like okay I'm good. Having said that, RV is the most driven right know. JS is prone to the pressure mistake. If JS gets how to deal with pressure figured out he is gone. RD needs to start winning to stay in the hunt. The season is long so they all need to stay healthy. It will be a barn burner if RD decides he wants to hang it out like the other two are willing to.

r639 wrote: 10:17am January 24, 2011

Finally someone says it. Thank Jim365. RD isn't hanging it all out yet he is patient something JS and RV need to learn considering they didn't finish the season last year!

J wrote: 10:33am January 24, 2011

You got it Open Class. Racer X doesn't like RV2. Never has! Thanks to Davey the great one!

BillC wrote: 10:35am January 24, 2011

r639 Rd might want to hang it out a little before he finds himself down 30 points.

J wrote: 10:36am January 24, 2011

Remember guys Dungy and Canard have had the worst crashes so far this year, so I know those 2 are doing everything they can to match the speed of 7&2.

Jim363 - The Decoster Suzuki deal is an insult to "the man" I agree, but things are tight these days from an economic stand point so who knows what Decosters request was. Last year RD didnt have to "fight" much ....he will this year....The races RV won last year, RD didnt put up much of a challenge as RV was clearly the faster guy..but he got injured and thats racing....All we can hope for is everyone stays healthy and we get a good season to answer all the nay sayers....Like they say, a real champion defends and wins again.

Tommy wrote: 12:09pm January 24, 2011

jimc365 is right, winning isnt anything because when you race anything can happen. RD is putting in consistant results which could pay off at anytime.

Ralph Shaheen says one bobble and Stewart will eat RV2 up {something to that effect}-say what you really mean Ralphie! Didn't sound like he cared for RV2 kicking the annoited ones ass. Not a Canard fan but that kid took a major league violent face plant and then got pounded by his bike, then won the lcq and battled for main event top 3. Hell of a ride for #41.

People are saying Dungey is crashing - in practice. Not once in a race. Don't write him off just yet. And as for Suzuki, they're a small company compared to Honda and Yamaha, and my guess is they simply couldn't afford to give DeCoster what he deserves. KTM is small, yes, but they are entirely focused on racing dirt bikes. Suzuki is trying to maintain dirt and road racing here and abroad while struggling financially. A lot of people love to throw trash around with NO information to back it up.

Racesmith wrote: 12:50pm January 24, 2011

It was clearly JS's race to lose and he lost it. RV2 is fast, but hopefully we can see the three way battle we saw early on this week. RD is racing his race, he will be there in the end. I thought CR did a great job from last to 7th. This past race should show KTM that the 350 is just not going to cut the mustard. I love racing and Racer X, but this new site reminds me of a 23 inch front wheel.

BillC wrote: 12:54pm January 24, 2011

Racesmith would Short be doing any better on a 450?? I say NO. He is right where he is because of him not the bike. He has NEVER been a threat in SX. Always around 4th to 7th and now this year with everyone there and a few new guys he got bumped back a bit.

pinned927 wrote: 3:02pm January 24, 2011

Reed was down twice before the race started than completely stopped to re' adjust his levers. after that hammered down and made it to 7th. Good job there. RD is still young and has some learning to do. If james crashed tomorrow , RD would be right in the thick of it. Why is everybody on Trey's nuts??? RD smoked him! and im not a rd fan, Your all bozo's. Look worse than seely's clown gear. sorry troy

BillC wrote: 3:09pm January 24, 2011

I would not say RD smoked Trey.. They had a pretty good fight, RV and JS smoked RD though.

SMR27 wrote: 4:47pm January 24, 2011

Not that I am pulling for anyone, I would like to point out one issue. RD was reported to have been injured in a practice crash. It could explain why he is a bit off the pace right now and holding back a hair. Anyone in this group that actually rides and races knows how a bad crash can mess with you physically and mentally. TC was very lucky. That crash could have ended his season.

It was pretty funny watching Ralph Shaheen apologize for the stupid comments about Traction control. You can clearly see his eyes move as he was reading the script. They should've had whats her name(big teeth) apologize for her stupid questions too.

Know whats REALLY sad? Mike Allessi has been at all three rounds, although only raced two main events, and has 11 points. Stroupe comes in, and with one race just about gets the same amount of points. I wonder how Team Alessi is doing, must be a horrible thing to swallow, that pride and arrogance.

BILLC wrote::: "I would not say RD smoked Trey.. What ever you keyboard racers Like to call it being a tenth of a second slower per lap. Get off Canards Nuts BillC, and Stop Swinging on Stewey's too. You ARE James version of YZSEAN

Canard is riding awesome and is still a rookie on the 450. Whether some people like it or not, the kid is schooling some big time veterans so far. I can bet he will top Reed this year and maybe gives us some bigger surprises. Anyway, this is the year everyone was waiting for and we are watching history being made. So let's keep enjoying SX/MX paradise. One question: Has anybody seen a guy posting "Dungey rules!!! lately??? Fan loyalty is rare these days...

BillC wrote: 7:28am January 25, 2011

pinned927 are u for real?? Yes RV and JS smoked EVERYONE. I and NOT a fan of TC so I don't know where u came up with that. Not a JS nut hugger either I just call it how I see it and RV and JS are at another level right now so live with it.
