Kevin Johnson Injury Update

Friday, March 5, 2010 | 7:55 AM
A few weeks ago we heard that Team Faith arenacross rider Kevin Johnson suffered a pretty serious neck and back injury. We dropped him a line this week to get an update:

"I am doing pretty good," wrote Kevin. "I am just sore, mostly. My neck doesn't even hurt much at all, just my broken ribs. My insides are feeling better, too. To be honest, I am pretty dang thankful that I feel the way I do. I went to the hospital in an ambulance with a fractured neck, ribs, collapsed lung, and lacerated kidney and one week later I am up and doing really good. I had a lot of people praying for me and I know that helped for sure! I don't think our prayer forces God to action, but I believe God responds to the faith of those who pray. I am totally blown away by the support and prayers that I've had. I am also thankful for my awesome wife, family, and Team Faith."

Get well soon, Kevin.
