I think someone wrote the script for him. Hard to imagine he would say "inclement weather" instead of "all the rain".
When I was looking for the results of last year, I saw the track map, and it seemed to look very similar to this years. Now I know why. I hope he's right that it will be like the "daylight" Daytona tracks, a "man's track" as RC would likely put it.
