Stewart, Hahn, Gilmore, Evan Ferry on the Pulpmx Show TonightMonday, February 25, 2013 | 2:25 PM
The Yoshimura Suzuki team and James Stewart have gone from disaster last week in Dallas when his bike failed on the line to glory this week as Stewart holeshot and rode a pretty much perfect twenty laps to win his first race of the year. It hasn’t been the easiest year for Stewart but his knee is a bit better, his bike is a bit better and he’s hoping to use Atlanta’s result to give him a boost from here on out. We’ll have James on the show tonight to talk about the season, the win and what’s next.
GEICO Honda’s Wil Hahn scored a popular victory this past weekend and he captured his first ever professional win in the 250SX eastern series. Hahn’s a great guy, loved by many and with the win, he put himself right into the thick of the series and showed everyone that this year could be different. We’ll have Hahn on to talk about Atlanta and everything else.
Cody Gilmore is a one of those guys in the trenches each week that is often overlooked in the sport. The privateer is coming close to making his second ever 450 main event and hoping to continue to put Iowa motocross on the map. We’ll have Cody on to talk about the 2013 season, his comeback from cancer, who’s helping him out and much more.
BIG night as a Ferry once again saw himself on the top of the podium at Atlanta as Evan Ferry, son of Tim, won the KTM KJSC SX challenge. Evan dominated the race start to finish with a style and line selection that hasn’t been seen by an eight year old in, well, forever. We’ll have Evan on to talk about the big win, how much his dad’s advice helped, what’s next for him and whether or not he needs a mechanic.
And as always, we’ll have Western PowerSports’ own Jason Thomas on to offer up his opinion and insight on a variety of topics as he drops in and out of the show.
