1. Wear a neck brace in your videos: this is a perfect opportunity to showcase the product.
2. Hold the product in your hand as you speak, or a section of a spinal chord model.
3. Have displays of the different product versions, and move around them as you speak. Movement breaks eye contact, and you won't seem so serious.
4. You seem intense, and serious. Your intensity lends an air of doom and gloom to the subject. The subject is a serious one, and any attempts at humor would be inappropriate.
5. You are doing a wonderful job. No other safety gear manufacturer is making the attempt to explain the features, benefits, design criteria, and effectiveness the way Leatt is doing in these videos.

Love the idea of neck braces but I was at the track SVMX when a young prospect received a spinal cord injury due to the back of the brace not breaking and compressing his spine.

If you choose to use Leatt, use the street version that does not press directly in the spine. Or just use the Atlas or EVS. Love that Leatt innovated the brace but like everything it needs to evolve. They also are aware of this issue(street version). Not sure why they don't recall the dangerous moto version. E-mail me direct at [email protected] and I will give details of the accident and how your brace damaged this kids spine forever.

I know it has saved many but it can be improved to save more. Not anti brace just needs more innovation. The safety odds can still be improved, but thanks for starting the revolution!

@cooks
No offense but the single anecdotal case you cite may not be reason for a recall. No safety device can protect someone in every circumstance.
