I hope your not injured too seriously Reedy.
I'm thinking Reed should take on Short too his team.
Obviously, Oakland wasn't so good. But, if there is a positive for Reed to take out of it, it is that he's healed up and reconditioned enough that he can hop back on the bike after a nasty crash. Maybe it'll help bury the memory of the 2012 Dallas wreck a bit.
Didnt look like Reed was too banged up from the Oakland crash....Looked like he had some bent bars to deal with..... Sounds like he was pissed after the race hence no interviews yet.....
Glad discount tire came on board we switched to them a few years ago and love the service. Great company. Good luck Chad, thanks for he vids
js gets the most post love him or hate him
Go Speedy Reedy!! Remember, it's my way or the bowling alley :-)
Sorry couldn't resist, although I think it's not fair to put all the blame on Reed for the that 2nd turn pile up.
Time to put up or shut up Reedy. If Villopoto would have crashed like that he would have still finished top 7. He blitz through the pack from dead last with parts falling off his bike a few years ago at Red Bud. Reed lacks the desire to win this year. I hate saying that because I am a fan.
I dont think he lacks anything to win.. I think the amount of fast riders out there is different now.. There are alot of fast guys out there
@Prime, it is easier to pass and make up time outdoors, the tracks are wider, more room to move lines..You cant compare coming through the pack outdoors to coming through the pack in supercross..
It's kinda funny how the annonimity of the internet allows people to spew crap, when if they were in the presence of these guys they would be awstruck and speechless.
@bd200...Villopoto can make passes on any track, indoors or out, because he's relentless at getting to the front. Just like a guy named Ricky Carmichael in his day. I'm not a huge RV fan but you gotta give it up to him. I think Reed is not pushing it at all. Now that he's down almost a full race, maybe he will hang it out. And @yzchris, I wouldn't say awestruck and speechless. It's definitely awesome what they can do on a dirtbike. And I would tell Reed to his face if what I just wrote. He's not a UFC fighter, he rides a dirt bike for a living. I doubt he would make me worried.
