Travis Baker has announced that he has signed with Valli Motorsports to contest the 2013 Western Regional Supercross Lites series, as well as the 2013 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, aboard a Yamaha YZ250F.
“Travis has gotten better in the last few years and his results have gotten better and better,” says Valli Motorsports owner Chad Lanza. “He’s got a lot of experience, he’s dedicated and he wants to do well. We’re going to have a good package.”
The last time Baker rode a Yamaha was in his rookie year in 2010 for MotoConcepts. Baker’s best finish that year was an SX Lites sixth in San Francisco and an eighth in the second moto of the Washougal National.
