Jace Owen and Rockstar Suzuki Part Ways

Tuesday, October 9, 2012 | 2:40 PM

Chesterfield, SC – After several highly successful years as a member of the Rockstar amateur team, the two parties have parted ways for the 2013 season. Jace would like to thank the team for all of it’s support over the years and the championships they were able to win together.

Now, Jace is focused on making a run at an A class championship at the Mini O’s and the rest of the spring nationals. The relationship between Jace and Suzuki was able to produce two Loretta Lynn’s championships in back-to-back years by way of a Supermini championship in 2010 and a Schoolboy championship in 2011.  After a sub-par year in 2012 that resulted in no championships, Jace made the decision to return to Clubmx in order to make a run at the A class in 2013.

“I had a really good time with Suzuki and they were very good to me. We were able to win a lot of races together and I am looking forward to turning my program around and turning some heads again this season in the A class.”

Jace is currently searching for support for the 2013 season. If you would like more information on how you can be involved in his program please contact Jace at: [email protected]

Typical Rockstar Suzuki fashion - No Rider Loyalty Again - equals another talented amatuer rider who brought the team championships, now to see them part with Owen after one subpar season. Get on a Honda - Geico selects the "best" riders and seems the to the only team in the 250 class with any loyalty
