Ride On Tour Sandfest Invasion

Friday, September 28, 2012 | 9:35 AM

For the 3rd stop of the 2012 Ride On Tour, Syndicate riders Carey Hart & Jeff Emig make the trip out to Waynoka, OK for the SANDFEST event held annually at the Little Sahara Sand Dunes.  Big Crowds were on hand to watch Hart, Fro & local Syndicate support rider Brett Cue film thru-out the weekend and also filled the autograph lines during the signing at Little Sahara Powersports on Saturday.  The crew had a blast and is looking forward to the 4th stop on the 2012 schedule at Durhamtown Plantation in Union Point, GA 10/5 - 10/7.

Nice to see the stars show up in my neck of the woods...Sandfest is an gathering that fills Little Sahara in the fall..They have Spring Sandfest in April that also brings in 10,000 people to the dunes, it coincides with the Waynoka Rattlesnake Hunt, so if you like quads, buggies or bikes come check it out...

It can be a lot of fun, last time I checked it was the only state park in Oklahoma that made money..The influx of cash sure helps the small town of Waynoka, 900 friendly people and just a few old grumps..

BillC ..I am about 90 miles east of there, have some good friends who live in Waynoka an have made the snake hunt many times..your cuz is close by he ride too
