Why should Barcia who is fighting not only to keek himself alive in this championship or secure second let Tomac by?? Even though I do not like Barcia's dirty riding, I do applaude him for wanting to finish either first or second in this championship.

it seems ELi Tomac is consistently better than Barcia...So why don't they send ELi to the MXDN????

Bacia is a punk b!tch..... I hope Larocco ripped him and Hahn a new ass after the race for costing the TEAM a title.

Baggett turned a 239 plus change on the last lap of second moto. Almost nipped Barcia who had a 244 . Track was at its roughest point and temp was the hottest. Nice ride. Must have been hot as only 25 riders finished the 450 class. Rooting for Tomac but Baggett deserved it. Good racing.

For all of those that attended Elsinore, would you go again next year? Was spectating easy around the whole track or was getting close to the track difficult?
Just wondering.

Well she's all over and the best man won! Cheers to the top three for taking it to the final moto of the series! Congrats Blake your consistency and blazing speed from the back of the pack took you to the top! Eli you hit the wall but were the fastest most of the time and Bam Bam I'm not a huge fan but you will be exciting to watch in the big boy class. From a true hard core moto fan THANKS for a great season.

Great racing. Baggett put the hammer down for sure. Tomac pulling that 2:41 was amazing and then Baggett pulled a 2:39... what an unbelievable pace those two can run.

I'd also like to know how the spectating was at the track. May want to fly out there to watch next year if we still have this goofy TV schedule.

The track was bad ass for the riders I think, it held together well and Dust was never a issue... a couple of dust devils came a whippen through and sent easy ups flying High!!! "The Entertainment level soared!!!... spectating for the races kind of sucked, very limited.

For all you people saying Baggett would fold and Eli would win the championship I sure hope you did not bet on that. If you did you will be eating a sparrow for Thanksgiving because BB broke them today. Not only the championship but won overall once again.

Maniacsxtreme, Are you blind? Baggett kicked their butts good today and no one was going to beat him. Eli wore himself out in the first moto and folded.

@julius adolfson you are the reason americans are hated by others around the world, why dont you chill out. btw roczen is younger than baggett, tomac and barcia. and you dont need to keep putting up the same quote you made up, we read it the 1st time!

@canadianmxfan MXDN was picked prior to Southwick. Tomac did not become consistently fast until southwick. He would smoke them, than do some average races. Even after southwick the only day he put it together for a whole day was Steel City.

I admit, I think he would be better for MXDN than Barcia. But he just came on to late.

I am glad on the Podium of Moto 1 Baggett mentioned the Nerves he has been overcoming. It was good to see him return to the Baggett we know and love in Moto 2. He really did slow down for a couple of weekends. But showed, he slowed down. The field had not caught up to him. (Exempt Tomac).

Btw, can we all not act surprised in 2013 if Baggett struggles in Supercross. We have all now seen for 2 years it takes 15mins for him to get going. Sadly his supercross races are only about 10min motos.

yeah.... wouldn't motocross be great if no one fought for their position and let everyone by that can go faster, it's not like barcia is racing for 2nd int the championship or anything

I could see why Larocca should rip Hann a new ahole but not Barcia he was only four points down on Tomac.Maybe he should of ripped Hann for not knocking BB down.I was glad that MXSports ran the 250 moto's after the 450's today.By running them first it could of jacked up the awsome racing in this class because of freshly watered track.I must admit that the track developed pretty good passing lines way more than I thought it would thats for sure.I was on the bandwagon that Tomac should go to MXDN instead of Barcia but not anymore. Now that Tomac had that little heat stroke yesterday it will probably take him a few weeks or even months to recover from that.Remember Tomac and how he did after Freestone from years past?

Gentlemen and children - this site is for MX fans to get up to date info re: MX. Nothing more, nothing less. The comment section is here, in theory, for comments on the posted article at the top. Every article on this site is re: MX. Every comment on every article, IN THEORY, should re: MX. If you wouldn't say it to another mans face when you're looking into his soul, then don't type it. Men will be men and children will be children. Well done BB, Bam Bam, ET, KROC and MM. We should attempt to be as dedicated as these men. Awesome season, excited for A1.

With the way Tomac hit the wall in the first moto, from the heat, he needs to move to Florida or SoCal. Heat seems to be a problem for him and it wears him out quick. But that's just my opinion. Congrats to Blake Bagget 2012 MX Champ. Now time for some football.

For all those complaining about Barcia and Hahn holding up Tomac, did you notice BB got by everyone if front of him. Face the facts BB kicked everyones butt big time and showed he is not only the fastest but in the best shape.

well im impressed with the racin yesterday I believe the track held up well and multi lines allowed the racing to be spectacular. baggett proved to be the faster man and the geico boys gave it there all.so i say congrates to blake baggett and thank you to all the racers for the 2012 season !!!!!

Given Tomac's genealogy, I am surprised that he doesn't have better endurance in the heat, I know putting down a 2.41 in the first moto was huge but then to falter shortly afterwards was surprising. JT was able to race in any temp for hours. Perhaps dad needs to get Eli out on the MTB trails more often for future success. Great race, season and championship to all the title contenders in the 250 class...one of the best!

@OralRobertsUniversity I wasn't cutting on Tomac at all, he's my favorite rider! I was only stating that I though he'd have more endurance to finish even stronger than Baggett. I'm a former race and now a fan and the 250 season was the best.

well said motodog77, i like barcia, dont care for villo, but to think its going to be a barcia villo show in supercross can not be serious, well see how the ACL damage does or doesnt effect reed and villo, and i cant believe it and article on the 250 title and once again someone has to bag on james stewart, unbelivable. They could write an article on how the weather was and someone would find a way to bring up stewart.
