Yeah, Bestwick is a bobble-headed moron just like Ralph Shaheen or Erin Bates .. except that at least Shaheen knows he's an idiot and Bates at least has those awesome fun bags to pay attention to when she's not saying anything intelligent. Bestwick as commentator is completely laughable at best and is some executive douchebag's attempt to get BMX'ers watching moto and that's all it is. I couldn't honestly tell you what he said about Stewart or anything else during the races because all I here from him is his annoying whiney Aussie drivel.
even reed said if he RV2 and a healthy stewart where there RD5 would not stand a chance. Also @scrub this if you were not retarded and pay attention the ama television coverage said at the start of the race they were gonna track stewarts progress after his return from injury after dominating the first few rounds you dumbass!

1. Reed or RV can think what they want about Dungey but he has more 450 MX wins than either one of them. 2. I kinda like what Jamie Bestwick brings to the anouncing team and he is from England, not Austrailia. 3. I liked Bubbas interview after the first moto. It wasnt some canned BS like most of the guys say and he didnt thank 30 sponsors and half his family.

I believe Reed was the first to drop the "Sack Up" line at the vegas sx? I have not seen him on BET yet... Its a shame that Scrub-this suffers from selective hearing, he seems to only take in and process the things that his most beloved rider does.
Look I think Bestwick could have worded it a little differently (maybe don't even use Stewart's name. Just say "some riders are more about the image...") but, let's be honest here. He only said what the vast majority of fans would say and many of Stewart's fans are coming to realize. Bestwick hasn't been infected with the "Bubba gives me a tingle up my leg" American pc media. He just looks at it like it is and sees what McGrath and RC did a few years ago and what RV and RD are doing now and correctly concludes that JS7 is a very talented, former champion who is still competing for championships but not the best in the world.He is impressed by the riders style and results and doesn't let the Stewart hype affect his observations. But I'd say he'll either issue an apology or suffer the consequences of his brutal honesty on air.
You guys are to funny how everybody forgets last year. RD was winning race last year with Reed and RV and if he did not run out of gas one race he would of been champ.

@ Supermoto: I totally agree with you.I am a long time Reed fan but the Dunge gets overlooked.Tied 4th all time for most wins of all time in 2.5 years.Yes indeed very impressive.Solid rider and no mistakes.
Preston: When was Stewart's last championship? 2009 (3 YEARS AGO) with Tim Ferry being the second best rider out there.! Yes the "vast majority" of fans agree with Bestwick. Read this and other post for reference. He is EXACTLY what I said: An extremely talented FORMER champion who is still competing for championships. He IS NOT the greatest rider in the world like you and and many of his fans that are living in denial think he is. He is only one of the best. Accept it and you might be able to enjoy motox a little better going forward. You seem to think with your heart rather than your head when it concerns Stewart. If talent made you the best, we'd have never heard of Larry Bird. Talent is not the only ingredient that makes one the best. It's a package deal (See Ricky Carmichael).
When Havoc won the first 4 motos nobody... NOBODY was saying how he was a former anything....maybe (maybe not) in a couple of weeks he'll win again ..I hope so because it makes for good racing...no other reason ...i am capable of enjoying it ......credit where credits due RD5 flat layed it down this week.....but he ain't bulletproof either and I believe hes like RV in the respect that he'll race to win regardless of points ,so theres more fun to come i'd expect...I have never overlooked Dungey and the Suzuki is still my favorite bike...my favorite rider is RV....I have never heard Havoc say he was 'the greatest' and I would like to know when that was ???.....he once said he was the fastest for a tv show and on a good day he just might be but now theres a few guys who might ALSO be. What is disturbing to me how motorcycle racers (at least the ones who claim to be on this site) so easily treat each other with so much disrespect and sometimes are just flat out hateful (and on occasion have backwoods highly ignorant racist attitudes). Used to be a bit more about all being in the same club , now not so much. Glad I got to race when I did and I have so many good friends who ride with me and enjoy the races and all the riders still. If the stuff that goes on here (which used to be entertaining , kinda funny and mostly about the races) is any indication of what fans are coming to and how other motorcyclists now treat each other (and I am guilty of some pis8ed off responses myself a few times to just outright lies or racist remarks that have ZERO place in my life or sport) it makes me feel like we've lost a bit of what made racin' bikes and being a bike racer so great. Then again maybe all this site needs is a good flush.

Let me clue you in on another fact,, RD's bike is pretty much a works bike. They only made like 100 of them or something, just so it was legal for RD to ride it this year. If you were able to buy one of those bikes, good luck getting parts for it..

To begin with, what more can you say about Baggett, even Chad said he saw him Ralphing (no pun intended) in the parking lot. Whatever made him sick Aldon should bottle it and add it to his conditioning program. Seriously, how easy would it have been to just SandBagg-it (also no pun intended) just a little and make all those guys who felt great before the race, feel like they were almost human, and come in 38th or 39th. But Nooooo, he had to add insult to injury, and beat their maturing young ego's up, as well their bodies, and finish 1-1 for the day.
Even if 39 other guys wanted to get sick all over Blake, just for his lesson in de-humanizing your competition for the sake of it...each and everyone of them left that track on Saturday with a certain respect for all 83 pounds of the, "Chuphacobrian Devil" that they did not have when they arrived at the track that morning. He truly is a Monster, of unknown origin.
I like your (what-if) question posed to Chad about the balance missing from the series this year, and how it may be different. Keeping in mind he (is) going to be racing Ryan D in the future, and having the ego of a Champion, his answer will add nothing but desire in RD to push on and maybe even his (Chad's) mugshot will become the face on DR's dartboard on his bedroom wall. All-due respect to Chad, what else is he going to say...He saved (his) face and only left a partial flesh-wound to RD's ego.
For the 450 class and James' anticipated return, I think he performed better than I expected, I thought, considering his nagging wrist ordeal. What a track and weather conditions to chose to return on, says something right there for his credibility, and his attitude was great during his post race interview.
Good finish for Mike after a unfortunate 1st Moto get off to keep a podium over-all.
And Brayton seemed in good spirits considering the Hell-Fire conditions.

I thought Jamie Bestwick sucked even before he mentioned the lil' stew. The job of an announcer is to announce something that is useful to the audience, or at the very least say something that is entertaining or insightful. Jamie bestwick did niether. He was just plain annoying, kind of like the ScrubThis. And how do you know so much about what Trayvon did? I've been following it all along and I'M not even sure what he did. I guess scrub this is an expert on everything, what with his superior I.Q. and all.
