Congrats AS,you did well for your first race back! Just wish you could have beat JG (that will come) now the media is going to go on and on about Josh 'Im hurt" Grant getting second.

Wow, Grant 2nd? Cool to see it, kids been through enough. I bet the Flyin Freckle is throwing back some cold ones over a bowl of gumbo lol. JWR is on the map.

Cmon Harry... JG has had some tough luck. Congratulations for him, great job! JG33 is back.

JG is a incredible talent. Remember he was putting in some good finishes outdoors on the yamaha, before the move to Honda.

His style and whips are crazy cool to watch. If Wardy can keep him healthy and focused he can be the guy to beat for 4-5th in the outdoors.

Wonder what Gibbs is thinking seeing Grant on the podium and the 7 parked on a stand in the pits? But I suppose its all futile anyway since that top spot is reserved for only the MAN.

Good to see you on the podium Josh. Keep up the hard work

Claxton: interestingly, everyone is wondering why there was no #7 parked on a stand in the JGR pits. Sounds to me like the honeymoon is over.

Another tick in the win column for RV...against the likes of Grant, Millsaps, Regal, Alessi, et al. It's like the local pro lining up against the beginner class.

Yeah, so we know who is gonna win, but the races for second have been interesting. Good to see JG33 get up on the box for Wardy. So has anyone heard anything out of BD25 today? Twisters in his area yesterday, hopefully just a power outage. Or better yet, a hangover and hasn't got on line yet!

Seriously JSloan, you can try to denegrate RV all you want, but to say it is like the local Pro lining up against the beginner class really is more of a damn compliment than a put down. Grant and Millsaps are former SX winners even if that was a few years ago. This is pretty much the best available anywhere on a SX track and RV is playing with them. I don't recall McGrath's wins against Damon Huffman and Mike Craig counting for any less than the ones against RC or Stanton. I wonder how you're going to take it when the general outcome continues outdoors regardless of who is out there.

Did anyone see that POS Yamaha throw Millsaps on the heat race !!!
If you didn't then you have to go back watch it really slow, if you still dont think the bike sucks then ask someone (if you can find one) to let you ride it, then if you still don't think the bike sucks then find yourself a different sport.

@mx187 - I respect everyone that knows how to use the Caps button on their keyboard.

Really glad to see Grant getting a good finish finally. Also Short getting back into the mix is really good to see. I imagine he is trying to get back up to race pace before the outdoors start.

@jimmyc261 - Dude, it is not the bike. Stewart won a few races this year on his bike, plus a ton of heat races, and Milsaps has been on or near the podium most of the season. It is not the bike. Get over it.

Millsaps crash was nasty. I've seen plenty of bikes endo .... but usually the rider is not firmly attached to the seat. Glad he's ok because he was smoking fast and looked like he was not going to be satisfied with 2nd.

Oh, and that crash looked very similar to all the Honda ones, except the riders got punted through the goal posts,

Very happy for Wardy too! I even felt bad for Alessi even though he was going to lose the podium anyway. It was a nice ride while it lasted. Brayton looks like he's riding the warm up lap yet he keeps moving forward. I thought there was something wrong with him but no, he is so smooth it only looks like he idling through the pits. Impressive.

Interesting that there are folks on here bagging RVs wins against a depleted field. Did anyone bag on RC for all his run away wins?

And let's be very clear. To get to the level the SX guys are at. there are no slouches (except jeff alessi). A win goes in the books and a win is against the best field available in the world.

They are all legit, they all count. Maybe next year the top guys will not crash themselves out of the series. AND jeff alessi will hopefully not get a ride (which is only on his brothers back right now anyway)
