Ping is correct on the announcer being a disrespectful ass. It boggles my mind that Matthes and Weege cannot fathom that the people do not need to be entertained for 15-20 minutes while riders are being attended to by medics What.... do we have the attention span of mice? Who gives a crap about the people that go there looking for a crash, we base our reaction to fallen riders on them?

I understand Ping and Matthes's points but I disagree that they can't imagine what those 15min would have been like if it was silent. When a football player is injured the crowd stays mostly silent as do the announcers. It's a somber moment, let it be that...

I just got around to listening so I'm a little late but...

I was at LA and Ping was spot on that Lurch was being disrespectful. The entire starting booing him so I think most people felt the same...
