Kyle Peters (Lites)
What we hear: It appears Star Racing and Valli will team up for 2012, running one semi for supercross (since the rig will only have to house two Lites riders for each SX event) and possibly two rigs to house all eight riders outdoors. And what happened to the supposed Metal Mulisha takeover of the Valli team? Those rumors have gone cold, hence the new Valli link up with Star.
As of 11-16-11, Chad Lanza of Valli says official press release with official team and sponsors is just around the corner. In talks with JP$, but as of now, she isn't signed.

Mafia M/C
Nick Wey
What we hear: Wey has announced that he will be joining forces with Team TiLUBE Foremost Racing for 2012. They are expected to sign one more 450 rider for SX only. Stay tuned for an official announcement.

no ride for T'Hahn???? that sucks. He'll smoke alessi all SX season
isn't Davalos pointed out of lites??? he's fast on a 450, very fast
Is Tommy Hann waiting for a fill in ride on a honda?
How can you call it a team if there's only one rider? Damn, I hate this economy...
no teammate for Dungey ? no teammate for metcalfe? yeah the economy isnt getting better like OBAMA would say it would
Both Alessi's on the MotoConcept Team with their Dad as Manager! Is that right?? Not sure that's a good idea.
they should give Tommy Hahn the Geico 450 for outdoors. it would be cool with he and Wil on the same team. Tommy's a gnarly outdoor rider he just cant catch a break
No friggin Regal on any team??!!
jim d back on geico is that right
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ssu3Sv-G9UU
After all the B.S. he had to deal with last year????
No ride for Regal??? I think he bought his own Honda for 2012. Here is a vid..
wow is it me or does KTM look pretty damn good this year??
looks like Moto Concepts will continue to struggle
and, of course Mitch Payton will be rolling around in a gold plated wheelchair once again
CANT WAIT!!
Top reasons Regal should have a ride.
1. 2 second place motos in 2010. Starting from the mid-pack Passing Reed, Windham, Short twice. Got 3rd overall at Texas and Millville in the 450 class.
2. 2009 rookie of the year After turning 18 in May.
3. A 2nd place finish at the MXON in 2010!
4. In 2011 he was JS7's teammate and still made every main event he entered in SX. He finished 14 even after he was grounded for 4 rounds. Would have been 12th. He Didn't get to ride outdoors because the "Team" wasn't ready. Outdoors is his speciality!
5. He got screwed in 2011!
6. The guy halls ass outdoors!
They should have clipped Short after Millville 2010. Regal passed him TWICE in the second moto there. Also passed him in a pretty wild way in Texas (also second moto).
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_hsdFzsDCo
Watch til about 45 seconds. The way he changes directions in the whoops and just motors past him!!
I imagine Regal could haul on ANY brand.
I wonder what King Jeremy is going to do when the team he bashed last season, (Reed) beats his new team like a red headed step-child? That is going to be funny as hell. No dis-respect to Short, but the smiling assassin is a 4th place guy at best.....
4th place?? Try being happy with a top 10 even if most people are healthy.
I could name at least 10 guys that would/will beat him.
2007 was the measuring stick (for me) when RC did part time and Stewart bowed out early injured. NOBODY stepped up and took the season for themself until Langston got the new 450 Yamaha.
Kyle Regal did pretty darn good on the BTO Suzuki outdoors as a fill in rider.
Why is he off the radar? Don't get it. Good luck Kyle!!!
these teams are so out of whack. the economy is really taking a toll on the riders/teams. unfortunately. best of luck to everyone this upcoming year. a lot of firsts will happen, thats forsure!
Hahn is going to join 22 motosport with Chad
Looks like MotoConcepts will have another long season...
Can't wait for A1. It's going to be a great season again. Hopefully everyone shows up in Anaheim healthy
Team MX Heaven:
Calle Aspegren
Fredrik Noren
Linus Sandahl
450 class for all of them and they will line up for the West Coast races of SX.
I would like to see someone give the Sewell Brothers a chance. They Qualify and get points and are in the mix all the time on they're ragged out bikes.
What brand is Ohlins on?
@bigtireguy... I am pretty sure 22 motorsport will beat Mc's team... Reed is the better rider (No disrespect to `short, like the guy a lot...), and his team looks pretty well organised... And now he has the full support of Honda.
Again... All I can suspect is as to why MC is starting a team... Brooks must have shown him... Long term wise... You can earn some $$.. Iso of riding around in modified trucks (Which looks fun..) but not earning a lot...
explains why Ward has also joined in the fun to be a team owner as well...
2012 will be a great year of racing!!!
@darren29: Yeh, it's all Obama's fault. Duh!
MC did make a few comments during the pre-season last year regarding Reeds team..... I dont think MC (at the time that show was taped) really knew how far along Reed was and what kind of set up he had.... MC pretty much was on his own and Reed learned from MC's mistakes and hired a guy like Osterman to manage things while Reed focused on riding and testing and of coarse the owner decisons..... Reed also had things in motion and a bike selection well befor MC did with his Suzuki.....Reed was riding/even raced Hondas for months and to compare the two teams is silly.....aside from MC and Reed being the " owner".....not much is similar...I think MC was thinking Reed would be going into 2011 like MC was in 2007....on a roach bike and unorganized team.....Reed had his Two Two act together....
....furthermore...I wouldnt say MC " bashed " Reeds team, He just simply stated he Reed would have alot of challenges that would effect him on the teack, but Reed did things different and he didnt appear to be dealing with things like MC did ..JS7 took the MC approach during the middle of the season and that didnt work well ...... MC shouldnt and wont feel bad when Reed beats Short on a regulare basis.....Reed has always faired better than Shorty.. (obviously)...so I think its fair to say MC Brooks isnt shooting for a title realistically as Reed will surely be....
cr22 on a factory honda (pretty much) hes going to be tough to beat. i think dungey is going to struggle to get wins on his new ride but he'll be a podium for sure. rv2 looked really strong on that new 450 at the end of the outdoor season and bubba is going to be fast as usual
rockstar suzuki wastes another spot on hunter hewitt...
Open up a Pay Pal account Regal, my money would not go to waste. Solid kid and rider.
I'm kinda surprised Brooks didn't pick up Regal? I'm sure he rode well enough last year even after Bubba fired Brooks and Kyle was left stranded with no outdoor ride.... Regal got the Brooks-Bubba sandwich!
Did anyone see this Rik Smits article on Yahoo Sports? http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/blog/ball_dont_lie/post/Rik-Smits-finds-a-home-away-from-hoops-8230-o?urn=nba-wp11112
