I ran the am race at the Ironman and had a great time. Fun track with a little bit of everything including the rare (for the east) 5th gear sections. If you haven't ever tried the GNCC thing I would highly recommend it.
Remember when motocross had the same grass roots feel as off-road does?
From what I saw that looked like a fun track. I raced a lot of cross countrys in my time just liked MX better. One of the toughest races I ever did was the Wicksburg 100 mile desert race in AZ in 94.
