i would knock my silly ass out if i tried that 3 way bounce. not a reflection of the exercise, just my lack of skill. haha!! i bet this is really good for u, because interval sprints are pretty effective with other styles of working out.
Wow. This exercise is tough, no doubt. It doesnt translate into motocross though, and your only able to do it for 15-20 seconds. How often do you do any thing in motocross at 100% intensity for 15-20 seconds and get a break immediately afterward? I hate being a negative nancy but this movement should't be in any motocross racers personal training regime.
