That was a good read I have raced many Cross Country races as we called them back then. It is tough. When I raced them it was 2 hours plus 2 laps. pretty long race and you want to do it!
I raced the Wickenburg AZ Desret race in 95 and I was just so happy to see the checcked flag. That was one tough 100 miles
