No no no, please make it stop!
keep it comming! RYNO POWER!
For the love of God... Please no more institute and unit...
Ryno is a joke! His training is a joke.
Please no more he is a disgrace to the sport and has no more CLASS!
If you dont like ryno then dont watch his videos. Im sure all of you with negitive comments have a training program thats pushing you and all your national riders to the top. If you dont then no one wants your weekend warrior expertice.
And another thing if you dont like a rider the best way to get to them is to ignore them. Dont watch their video dont comment when there youtube views is cut in half they will notice it. It dosnt matter if you comment good or bad about them the fact is you are talking about them. That more than alot of us can say about our selves.
thanks rhinoceros
Thanks Ryno! I always love your videos and you show us techniques that you can't find in the magazines!
What a bunch of dicks, why watch or comment on a guy you don't like?
When you finally grow up you'll realise the world is made up of many things you will and won't like, you can and can't influence or should or shouldn't try.....
The training methods he shows here benefit me, so thank you RacerX and Ryno.
With constant lower back issues I will try this one. Cheers.
I don't see anything about this particular exercise that can't be expressed/improved by a simple front squat.
Trainers (including Rhyno) really wanna get technical with their training, show their A/P competency. Ipsilateral hip flexion, or losing the lumbar arch can be solved simply by focusing on core movements: deadlift, front/back squat, the pressing movements and olympic lifts. All of these things require core stability, not just anterior but posterior as well, including everything in between (transverse, to name one).
Why do things need to be so complicated?
Im just a simple caveman here, and enjoyed the nice view of Sarah Price's backside. On a serious note, i do enjoy the tips, advice and knowledge we get here for FREE from Hughes. thanks!! Dont hate......Appreciate!
they didn't even show sarah price doing the exercise! it was all cryno talking. I wanna see a video of cryno swinging that ball sack around all over his gym
Mother of christ ! You A-holes REALLY felt the need to REPOST this EVERY F'ing week !? Davey, knock this shit off !! Enough already.... Have Aldon's overpaid ass post a segment then ! Talk about a total lack of content and professionalism......
I don't know about most of you, but I was given this same exercise by my sports science professor and it definitely helps your spine stability and hip flexors. People man give Ryno a hard time but he does have awesome workouts that can help you to improve fitness for racing! You don't have to do his workouts but they definitely do help!
Ryan brings up alot of good points and exercises. I already use alot of the same type of exercises in our programs for the riders we train and they work well. Keep up the good work Ryno!!
@ the haters: really? got nothing better to do?
@ c worden: while i agree with you regarding the movements (though I'd OHS rather than FS), I love the fact that SOMEBODY of prominence is noticing/pointing out the proper role of the hip and spine... and how the best riders are properly/efficiently positioned
Dude Ryno is the man and his little lessons are rather helpful. If you dont like it dont watch it. and judging by the shape he is in looks like this stuff works
