Red Bud saw some great racing in the 250 class, and there was a ton of footage that wasn't able to be used in last week's Racer X Motocross Post Show. One of our videographer and editors, Danny Stuart, decided to edit together some raw footage of his favorite shots over the weekend. If you like your racing videos raw, with no music, this is the segment for you.

I think its weord none of the 250 made the leap. Chrostophe Pourcel was the only one who had the guts to do it last yr. CP is a bad dude on a 250.

Love footage raw like this. you can hear the bikes. love it. cant believe how much they were chopping the throttle off that big scrub double outa the woods. DGIZZY____ this is the second time you've mentioned that about the leap and i clear u up everytime. Dean Wilson did Larocco's leap on the site lap of moto 2. not in the race but he did it on the parade lap. dont say no 250's hit it when he did. remember two years in a row when only dungey did the leap on a little bike

Wil Hahn did it one lap in the second moto and wilson did it on the site lap for the second moto but yeah besides that im surprised red bud has made it so the 250 guys cant do it

2-3 years ago Josh Grant did it on the first lap of practice. I think it was Racer X that had a sequence shot of it across 2 pages.

I remember when it was no issue for the 250 riders to do the leap but they extended it 20' this year so that is a contributing factor. 3 riders did it and they said it was everything they had to barely clear it.
you say there is no music but you lie!! No music means NO MUSIC if that is what you call some of the crap that is put to moto!

i like the shots of riders going up the faces of the jumps from behind like in a couple of the segments. those sand whoops look like certain death for me if i ever tried em like that, and im from damn florida. hahaa. i think it was smart if they made the leap 20ft farther. makes the 250 guys say no way they r gonna try it and damn near kill themselves trying it.
