Are you serious clowning this exercise? This is one of the best full body exercises I have ever seen. Instead of calling him a douche, try this workout and see what happens. Love these videos

jesus do you think theyre wearing these "wack ass shoes" for no reason?? they serve a purpose here people by allowing the human foot to work unrestricted and as nature intended...unlike the newest gimmick shoe from nike or whomever. they simply serve as a thin protective layer between your foot and whatever may be on the ground.

I love the vibram 5-fingers. Anyone who talks sh*t about them does so purely out of ignorance. Try em and you'll wonder why sneakers are made so badly

@magic unicorn (what a gay name): nature intended us to walk, yet man invented bikes, motorcycles, and cars. Man also invented really good shoes so that we wouldn't hurt our feet walking barefoot, or "as nature intended." Not all people are born with perfectly shaped feet and they need more support than those silly dancing shoes!

C'mon Ryno. Im a big fan but get your terminology correct, brosiff. Your KB "clean" is actually a "snatch". Im happy to see someone taking some initiative on incorporating some functional fitness into moto training, but lets do some homework before we have racerx make a video about it.

And those shoes are legit, no matter how silly they look. Those mattresses you are walking on in the form of whatever puffy heeled running shoe you have chosen are making you a weaker human.

@Geof: you're on the bandwagon regarding shoes too? It's just a marketing ploy to sell more shoes! Fall in with the lemmings bro!

Geof wrote: 1:49pm June 16, 2011

Nope, Im evidence based with my opinion. I do not own any vibram 5 fingers but I do own some NB Minimus (same principle). I guess you dont wear shoes? Oh wait, you do? What kind? and what brought you to that decision? Some marketing? Ill save a spot in line for you with the rest of us "lemmings", bro.

Another freaking Ryno "NO" Power video?

WTF is up with those ballet shoes? Aren't they for ballet? Don't think I want to put all of that extra weight "bare" feet. Another idiot buying into mass marketing!

I agree with Whack Shoes Again! Not all people are created the same (or feet!) and I sadly have high arches. If I don't wear shoes with lots of support while I workout, then my feet really hurt. If I wore those weird things, my dogs would be howling. Let's not go backwards in what we've learned over time, rather forward. Those shoes are one big step in the wrong direction.

Love the 5fingers shoess! haha. and this is pretty much part of every crossfit workout which i think is one of the funnest (sometimes, not always) and most rewarding way to stay fit for motocross!

@ all the idiots still harping on the vibrams---you guys must all be doctors, maybe even podiatrists with your vast knowledge of the human foot. do a little research you fools before you start talking crap on things that are different from the gimmicky garbage that most markets are flooded with. you just might learn a thing or two. same goes for the fools that talk crap on rynos training, you make yourselves look silly.

@magic unicorn, your name alone makes you look silly! lol! I wouldn't follow a darn thing you have to say, and believe it or not, I am a doc.

Some of rhe "research" on those shoes is downright silly! Buyer beware is all I have to say.
