Brian- why hate on Ryno? Is it wrong to sell something, as if you are somehow above this. He's clearly in shape and while he isn't an exercise physiologist, I think he's qualified enough to speak for an MX workout.
So maybe cut the guy a little slack instead of just piling on him.

I get really tired of yet another non-college ( accredited ) University person trying to claim that he is an expert in somthing that takes at least, minimum 4 years of school, and the Masters another 2 years of work in Exercise and health. Does everyone in Motocross dumb enough to believe like the rest of the demographics of P90X that all it takes is some will power. Let's face it, people are lazy, and do not want to do what it takes. Let's just all jump around with some wieghts and claim that we discovered a new fitness program. None of you are going to listen anyway. Get real people, are you all retards ?
Ryan sets himself up for failure when he doesn't follow his own instructions. He states that the athlete should stop when they can not perform good technique. Look at Balbi's right shoulder and notice how she can not properly execute the overhead press. Ryno fails to stop her. Perhaps he is was caught up in the moment and failed to notice or he just spits out information without understanding what he is saying.

To all you negative people.. Everyone is trying to make a living and Ryno doe's what he loves so why not support him. If these videos aren't for you, don't watch them. Yea he might be trying to promote himself through these videos but there are a lot of people who gain knowledge from them. Ryno keep doing what your doing!
Ryno's awesome. The exercises in these videos are only parts to the big picture that he teaches, not just some get fit quick exercise. And as far as not continuing with bad form, hes talking mostly about when using heavy weights which can cause injury. Seriously to the haters I'm laughing at how much you think you know about Ryan and his workouts just by watching a few of these videos that are simple exercises you could add into your program. And lastly and most importantly!.. Why watch these if your so against them? His riders will continue to succeed and the results will speak for themselves.

@ Lilly..........not really..........that's just a very basic view......it's much more complicated than that. This few is too simplistic. You don't want to keep doing something in bad form over and over again many many times because your body will tend to "remember" that, but not just a few times, nor the last time!
