roger's very dissapointed. alessis pretty much gone if he doesn't produce outdoors this season. short will possibly get to stay with roczen becoming the top dog. this is what I see happening and I have NEVER been wrong. ok, any further discussions?

Alessi has never been known for SX. He even admits it and admits his weak point is whoops. He'll come around for MX esp. Since he has the option for 450 this season

I don't think he's dissapointet, more like trying to keep his patience until they get to race for W's .

That could happen when Ken joins full time and they hire a podium guy, like a top step of the podium guy.

But Roger will have to wait to next season in sx before that happens. Outdoors could be interesting this year, though.

Remember when it was news if anyone was riding a KTM? Or when it was news if someone on a 'Toomer qualified for a main? Well now, this is a team building with quickness. Roger will get Dungey over there, James is interested in them, they've got Roczen, Shorty, Nicoll, Everts, Decoster a full stable of young talent et al. uhhhh....WINNING

Only one problem Rog. Actually 2. #800 and his dad. Why would he get a factory ride? Especially when rogers already dealt w/ them. Shorty is a slowpoke. K'rock aka Rocky is the best in the biz. He's the guy to make the 350 look good. Shorty making it to the podium in SX on the 350??? Never gonna happen. Roczen winning championships, probably. Cairolli winning? for sure. Rocky and Cairolli need to ride the Nats. Shorty and alessi will get smoked

ya, but it would be nice if everyone would stay put with a team instead of playing "factory musicals" every year. I just want to give a shout out to myself for staying the course and putting up with all the drama and hopefully my pal RV doe's the same.Good luck to you boy! Now, put aside all the badmouthin about ya and grab the championship son!

Why is Alessi at KTM to begin with? Roger already dealt w/ him and hates Tony. Your right K'rocz will be KTM's top guy for years to come. as for Dungey. He's comfortable on the zook, and their obviously paying him well. But dungey wants good equip! He wont run the new Yoshi double chamber exhaust because he wants his bike to be just like last years bike he won on (metty loves the new yoshi). He's very peculiar w/ his bike setups. He wont leave Suzuki for KTM until he knows the bikes are up to par. As long as the suzuki money keeps coming, dungey's staying. KTM doesn't have a EFI 450 and guarentee Dungey doesn't wanna ruin his young career w/ that 350. It might happen but its gonna be at least 3 years. Do you really think shorty's gonna do something good enough to keep his ride for next year. His 4th place was by far his best ride. Cummon guy, Can shorty really hang w/ stewey and Poto? Nope. You say you've "NEVER" been wrong. I'm saying YES you are. U think alessi's gonna produce outdoors, why didn't he last year??? U think shorty's gonna do miracles outdoors,,, He couldn't do it with an extra 100cc's. Tell me how it is Buddy cuz your never wrong?

The most important series for the 350 to do well in,are the outdoor nationals. The people who will buy and ride it will be using the 350 in this format. supercross is Not a big amateur event. Oh, and don't forget about us off road guys. This displacement four-stroke is perfect (to me) for eastern hare-scrambles, GNCC, etc.. Love my two-smoke but i really want a 350 four stroke too.

Okay. I got a slogan for ktm350. "Turning championship contenders into mid-pack riders." Roger definately seems dissapointed. they need to re aboard the 450. I watched a video of Andrew Short and he basically straight up said the motor doesnt compare to the 450. He said something along the lines of "you have to carry alot more momentum to hit the big jumps." Alessi and short have both gone way downhill on the 350

none of you guys even know what your talking about. alessi has never been a front runner in supercross, neither has short.

Alessi was making a comeback last year from injury and it was probably a big change having his dad gone. he started off lacking confidence this year at supercross but he has steadily improved and hes now running top 10 consistently. i bet he will have some speed in motocross this year and he will have the choice of two bikesas well.

shorty on the other hand has never been outrageously fast and how could he get a podium with the big five of canard, dungey, reed, stewy and villopoto ruling supercross this year. short was hired because hes solid, apart from this weekend at indy he is always consistent. (i dont know what happened to him - all i know is that he only did one lap or sumfin) anyway, if hes still healthy he will remain challenging for 5th to 8th place races for the rest of the series.

So what im saying is that you cant go around blaming the 350 just because the riders arnt winning. what ktm needs to do is wait till the end of the season see how alessi goes, if he does good, then keep him and hire the likes of roczen full time for the u.s. and snap up some talent from the lites class.

ktm should also get pourcel with them because he could contend with canard, villopoto etc.

Interesting comments...
Take notes when you listen to Roger and watch him work.
There's a reason his nickname is The Man, and yours is not.
