This week's collection comes from Millington, MI's Kris Gillett:
"Here are some pictures of my 1979 Maico 440 Magnum. I race it regularly in the Michigan Vintage Motocross series in the Evolution class. It has a Wheelsmith pipe and Ohlins twin shocks and runs and handles amazingly well for an old bike."

Sweet - my brother had the same bike back in the day. It was really fun to ride - I recall it handling really well and cornered as well or better than anything today. I was racing 100 & 125 expert at the time. Once in a while I would race open expert too. It was a little challenging on days when they ran the racing order in reverse. Getting off the 100 and then on the 440 made for some interesting motos and crashes. ;-)
Is that a butt plug on the seat?
