MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (April 9, 2008) -- Hillsboro, Ohio’s Greg Rand is featured on the latest Loretta Lynn’s university column at www.mxsports.com. The LLU column will showcase graduates of the Air Nautiques/AMA Amateur National Motocross Championships at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tenn. that have gone on to develop exciting careers.

The Loretta Lynn University column will be posted on every other Tuesday evening on www.mxsports.com. It is the latest addition to the site, which already features The Pulse, a regular column featuring news and views associated with the Air Nautiques Amateur National Championship Finals.
The 2008 qualifying season got underway February 22 with the (52) Area Qualifiers, and concludes May 18. Step two of the qualifying process will be the (12) Regional Championships which will run from May 24-June 22. The 27th Annual Air Nautiques AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship will be held July 27 through August 3 at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch.

Produced by MX Sports, the Air Nautiques/AMA National Motocross Championships is the world’s largest amateur motocross race.
