Daytona, Florida – March 11, 2008 – Red Bull Honda’s Davi Millsaps of Tallahassee, Florida earned another podium position with a second place finish at the famous International Daytona Speedway.

After hours of torrential down pour, the scheduled 20 lap event was reduced to 12 laps due to a flooded course.  In possibly the most rainy and muddy conditions the AMA Supercross Series has ever seen, WMG athlete Davi Millsaps staked claim to yet another podium finish in what could be one of the most memorable races at Daytona.  “It was some of the worse conditions I’ve ever raced in.  Water covered the entire track making it nearly impossible to see the ruts,” said Millsaps.  “I did my best to hold my line and maintain control to the finish. It was a great race and one that I won’t soon forget”.  With momentum on his side, Millsaps heads to Minneapolis, Minnesota March 15th for the 11th round of the AMA Supercross Series.  The race will broadcast March 16th at 6:00 PM EST on the Speed Channel.

Davi would like to thank his sponsors:  Red Bull Honda, No Fear, Alpinestars, Oakley Goggles, DC Shoes and Arai Helmets.
