The Toyota 20
Thursday, July 13, 2006 | 8:10 AMThe TMX Toyota Athlete Program is off and running as we inch closer to the 2006 Air Nautiques AMA Amateur National Championships at Loretta Lynn’s. For those who aren’t familiar, TMX is designed to support motocross on a grassroots level by moving riders forward from the amateur ranks to the professional level. The opportunity to earn a professional ride with the Motoworld Racing PPG Yamaha Team and Toyota sponsorship for 2007 is in the balance, and the list of eligible riders has been narrowed down to 20 of the nation’s best amateurs in the country. So as the big race nears, we’ve decided to highlight “The Toyota 20” in the upcoming weeks. For more information on the program, check out the www.ridetmx.com.
