Tarah Gieger and Sarah Whitmore in for the MiniMoto SX
Tarah Gieger and Sarah Whitmore will be competing in the Mini Moto
SX, scheduled to be held at the Orleans Arena on Friday May 5, 2006.
This will be the first time Sarah and Tarah have raced competitively on
the minis, but that did not stop them from receiving a huge amount of
support from the sport’s heavy hitters. BBR stepped up to support
Tarah in her endeavor this weekend, and is providing her with an
outstanding bike to race on. Sarah is receiving support from the
folks at SANO. They too have stepped up and are providing Sarah
with an awesome bike to get things done this weekend.
When contacting promoter Tim Clark regarding getting them signed up, he
happily obliged and went on to say, "No question Whitmore and Gieger
are obviously two of the best women riders in the country, it's gonna
be fun to see how all that talent tranfers to the smaller size bikes.
There are some very serious entries in the woman's class this year."
Although this weekend in Vegas is the finale for their male
counterparts, Sarah and Tarah are revving up for the following weekend,
as it is the first race of the Women’s Motocross Association’s
series. It all starts with the Prequel at Glen Helen Raceway in
Devore, California on May 13, 2006. Come out and see Tarah and
Sarah and the revamped Richardson’s RV race team.
