Seventy Thirty Racing To Sponsor NASMOTO's SM1 Class in '06
Thursday, April 13, 2006 | 7:45 AMWith its second racing season now underway, the sponsor
list at
NASMOTO is growing as fast as Supermoto itself. Seventy Thirty
Racing, the
Supermoto-dedicated division of Lockhart Phillips USA, has
signed on as the
title sponsor the SM1 class, the top amateur bracket in
North
America.
"It would be an understatement to say we are enthusiastic
about
Supermoto racing," said Wendell Phillips, President of Lockhart
Phillips
USA, the sportbike aftermarket behemoth he founded 24 years ago
after a
tremendously successful racing career. "We started Seventy Thirty
in
response to the specialized needs of competitive Supermoto riders,
and
sponsoring NASMOTO's SM1 class is a great way to remind
everyone
involved in the sport that we are one of its strongest
supporters."
