CHARLOTTE, NC (November 29, 2005) - James Stewart will race as number 7
beginning at the first round of the Amp'd Mobile World Supercross GP in
Toronto. Stewart, who has earned the privilege to receive a
single digit number from the AMA is excited about the change.
"Single digit numbers are difficult to earn and are reserved only for
past champions," said Stewart. "I was 7 years old when I won my
first amateur title, so it feels like things are right for me to take
my earned number as I start the new season. I want to thank my
family, my sponsors, and especially the fans that have supported me."
