Jason Weigandt - Blogs as 'Jason Weigandt'

Jason Weigandt hosts the Supercross Live! webcasts for Monster Energy Supercross, the Racer X Motocross Show on Motocross.com, the AMA Arenacross Series on SPEED, and the GNCC shows on Versus Network. Since he is unable to find things to announce twenty-four hours a day, Jason still does plenty of writing, too. He entered the motorcycle industry in 2001 by tackling public relations duties for the Grand National Cross Country Series, and he still fills that role today. The GNCC track announcers kept interviewing him to fill time during those long races, and they eventually gave him his own microphone in hopes of providing more filler. Additional announcing gigs opened up, and now Jason has a tough time balancing all of his work (which includes occasional stints mentoring needy drive thru window operators), his family (11 children, all adpoted and properly tattooed) and his obsession with the latest in Cantorian Fractal Spacetime, Quantum-like Chaos and Scale Relativity in Atmospheric Flows. But hey, who isn't?
