Alissa Murphy

Alissa Murphy is a sophomore at West Virginia University, which churned out a large portion of the staff here at Racer X. She's studying journalism with the goal of making magazines one day, so she's here to learn anything we can teach her while helping us with odds and ends along the way. Her first motocross race was this year's High Point ATV National, and her second was the High Point MX National. She's already hooked—so much so that she quit her lucrative job at the International House of Pancakes just to spend more time in the RXI office.
