Day one of the 2013 International Six Days Enduro in Sardinia, Italy saw conditions range from nearly perfect in the morning to blinding dust by the afternoon. Australia's Daniel Milner has the outright lead over Italy's Alex Salvini who spent the evening in the hospital getting a massive thorn removed from his arm. With only one of six days of racing down there's a lot of racing left to determine the victors in both the individual and team categories.
