How does a 3rd and a 6th net you seventh?
I might be looking a fool here but someone help me with this? How do the points work for determining overall qualifying position
Are MX1 and MX2 weighted heavier than MX3 or are there points designated with the position of the finish? I am confused as to how 6 countries finished ahead of USA with a 3rd and 6th finish, throwing Barcia's ride out.
Germany -3pts
Begium -4pts
Italy -6pts
Netherlands-7pts
France -8pts
GB - 9pts
USA -9pts.
I don't know what the tie-breaker rule is???
Thanks. So it is same as event scoring, tie breaker must go to team with the better of the worst finish?
It's just qualifing, who gives a fk
Roger D gives a Fk, if those 6th place boys dont improve tomorrow he will wood shed them both.
Thailand was robbed!
@ endoman38...LOL! I am in Thailand right now kind of teasing my friends here about their team. I wonder what kind of bikes they are riding. Cool they got to go tho. Everything is so funny here.
Amen they get to watch the race enjoying some thai food. They were qualifying on dang 125's.
Well this is just qualifying and our guys have bad luck. I tell you the atmosphere at MXON for any American guy is just weird out there. Its like they want you not to win. Did you see hoe there were cheering when Barcia got stuck? barcia's jumping the fence into the track was the best move of the day. Pure bravery
That would've been cool if the Thailand guys tried to qualify on Chinese bikes! Lol they probably knew they didn't have a chance anyway
How do you not qualify for the B race?
I think the FIM cheated Barcia and Team USA.Go to MXA online and check out the vido clip of Chuck Sun and Barcia.I don't see how lifting up the fence is out side assistance. He didn't pick up the bike or work on the bike.He lifted up the fence.
Fred, he did get DQ for cutting the track. He did enter the track again on a different spot than he ran out of it. Same rules in Europe as i the states.
don't make any difference.......do the job ...the best team will win.......Barcia will give his all and thats all that matters ...so will the other 2 USA champions.........let er rip ..........
Tonight dinner is SAND and Barcia, Dungey and Baguette have table already booked....

Dear me, Tony will be unbeatable today. Not even Herlings will run with him.
Euromike's dream team killed us.
Bagget just get lapped by Super Toni :)
you want it you get it ! :)
Getting smoked so far!!!
.RD gets 7th 1:11:3 behind Carolia
.BB gets 14 th, gets lapped
.Roczen gets 5th on a 250, Passed RD
Cairoli's team mate crashed out might not be back so they my be done.
USA is tied for 3rd at this point, only 3 points out of 2nd.
I really believed the USA was the fastest motocross country in the world. I guess not.
BillC what happened to RD?
He did fall with 3 laps to go but only lost one spot. rode the hole rase in 6th for the most part, Got passed a few time just off the start. Baggett started way back got up to 18, fell, got up to 13th fall and finished 14th
Gota go moto2 getting lined up!!
Baggett was passing a lot of guys late, He was 4 to 5 sec faster then the next 5 guys most laps but the late screw up cost him big, I think he could have made it to top 10. RD was on Roczen and Desalle late but fell back a little then crashed.
On a side note the Monster girls are SMOKIN!!! LOL all going to the line noe from there site lap. BB with a good start should do OK, JB should be able to get 2nd if he is smart.
JB just moved into 3rd, BB in 12th on firts lap
JB felll, DUMB move he tried, now Roczen just passed him he is riding ragged, BB is doing great up to 7th!!
JB fading, Back to 6th now!! BB only 6 sec behind him in 7th
JB regrouping, Moved into 5th
Barcia and Baggett has just been lapped by Herlings. Lucky you didn't take that bet BillC.
JB screws up again on last lap goes from 5th to 14th!!! Not looking good at all.
Germany has it rapped up unless they have some REAL bad luck!!
.in 1st Germany 19 points
.in 2nd USE 41 points
So BillC, how do you feel about being lapped? You were so insistent that it wouldn't happen. I know I'm amazed, especially when someone like Mitch Payton says the best riders will always win.
Ummmmmmmmm NO I never said that, Oliie said herlings would lap everyone, I said you care to bet on that. Other that that I never said a thing about anyone lapping anyone so u have me confused with someone else.
