they really should try mixing awesome shots and angles like these into the live broadcasts too
You would think our favorite commentator would know that Dungey just wrapped up the 2012 championship.....not 2011 as he announced at the end of the video..LOL
Nice highlight video of this past weekend at Unadilla. I have noticed lately that they reveal video (shots) that are not incorporated in the original airing. Which is the advantage of having access to video footage that may not be available, for some reason or another during a live broadcast. But, hey that is the price of going live.
I am not complaining, trust me, because as I sit and watch a live performance of you, Jason and Jeff, I try to keep in perspective, just what a monumental obstacle (live) productions are all about. So, when one has the benefit of the editing process for these post (initial) production broadcast highlight videos to groom, it is a good thing, and well worth the time taken to put a quality edit out there to your audience.
Again, I do not want to give the impression (live) is not a luxury in itself, because they (live vs delayed) are two completely different worlds, and need to be compared and appreciated for each (advantage) they have over one another.
In summary, thank you for these final re-cap edits, as they are a great addition to the original live production broadcast presentation.
After all, this is Motocross and none of it comes easy, whether you are performing it, or documenting it. It is a good thing, honest... ;~}}}
