In the U.S., trainer Russell White may not be a household name but on the international circuit he is considered to be one of the best trainers in the world. Russell joins John Louch and Aldon Baker on the growing list of successful trainers from South Africa having just helped Tyla Rattray win his long sought after MX2 title. Over his 20 year career, Russell has worked with champions in many sports including supercross, motocross, triathlons, mountain biking, and swimming. He just added Josh Coppins to his list of athletes and has worked with Ezra Lusk and Sebastien Tortelli in the past. He is an old-school type trainer who believes that the benefits you reap all depend on how much you put in, and how badly you want it.
