Merge Racing Gets First Podium in First RaceTuesday, January 8, 2008 | 9:55 AM
Round one of the Monster Energy Supercross series got off with a bang in the home of Supercross, Anaheim California . Merge Racing Technologies came out swinging with a podium in the first race with MDK/KTM rider Justin Brayton securing third. It was also Justin's first podium in his supercross career. Torco Oils/Factory Connection's Kevin Windham finished fifth and Brayton's teammate Nick Wey got ninth in the premier Supercross class.
All of these riders were using the Adjustable Leak Jet (ALJ) from Merge Racing and no doubt benifited from the improved throttle response, easy adjustability and overall power gains seen from using the ALJ.
Team Hart and Huntington 's Troy Adams easily qualified for the Supercross main event and finished nineteeth. H&H racing is using Merge Racing for their motor and suspension modifications as well as the complete line-up of Merge products.
As well, the top three riders in the Toyota Arenacross series are all Merge equipped, we're taking that series over!
Merge Racing Technologies products are distributed by Tucker-Rocky and available at your local dealer also check out mergeracing.com for more details.
