World Premier Webcast!
Sunday, May 13th 2007
While only a select group of filmmakers, star presenters and industry insiders are able to attend the Xtremey Awards live, Tues., May 8th at the OC Pavilion, this extraordinary event honoring the best in action sports and motosports filmmaking will make its world wide web premier on Sunday, May 13th, 2007, 7 pm PST at www.xtremey.net.
From the red carpet arrival of a veritable who's - who of motorsports, to the awards ceremony to the famed "Docy and the Imps" performing, and all ending with the traditionally off-the-hook after party, the Xtremey Webcast will be a personal backstage pass to all the action.
Now in its seventh year, the Xtremey Awards has become an annual ritual celebrating motorsports filmmaking and has become a landmark event in the motorsports community. "We are thrilled that we can now share this evening with everyone," commented Docy Andrews, creator of the event and CEO of Impact Video, which is producing the Xtremeys.
This year the honorary lifetime achievement award will be presented to the legendary Sal Fish of SCORE International and producer of the Baja 1000, and for the first time there will be the Monster Energy Anti Gravity Award presented to an athlete who helps expand the boundaries of the sport. Among the luminary presenters are Malcom McCassey, Larry Roeseler, Ronner Renner, Mike Mason, Ricky Johnson, Micky Dymond, The All American Girl Racing Team and Mouse McCoy, among many other notable celebrity presenters.
The Xtremey Awards are sponsored by Impact Video, Monster Energy, Blue Crace, Dirt Sports Magazine, Wahoo's and Ketelone.
